K5 kiddos loved these books. We compared the library in the books to our own Parkway Library. Afterwards, we talked about using good manners, keeping our books safe and making sure to return our books each week, so we can get another one!

We are celebrating International Dot Day in Library Media. We read and discussed "The Dot" by Peter Reynolds. We also got to make our marks and then view them in 3-D with the Quiver iPad App. Students took their DOTS home and can show you their creations, as well as retell the story of Vashti and her dot.
Visit the app store and download the Quiver app for free.
